        * configure.ac:
        If pygobject is available, only build with it, else try to find pygtk
        to stay compatible with older version.
        * gst/Makefile.am:
        Switch to pygobject CFLAGS.
        * testsuite/Makefile.am:
        Switch to pygobject CFLAGS.
