+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #429960 +++

http://librarian.launchpad.net/7317168/test.idx
http://librarian.launchpad.net/7317169/test.sub

 mplayer -vobsubid 0 -vobsub /path/to/test random.movie

shows at least two subtitle frames at the beginning, while

 gst-launch-0.10 -v filesrc location=test.sub ! dvddemux name=d d.subpicture_00
! dvdsubdec ! fakesink

pushes only one decoded subtitle frame. Also, the newsegment start time doesn't
seem to match the time stamps on the frames (looks coincidentally off by a
factor of 10).
