Please describe the problem:
hi I building garnome, and I need the mpeg2dec to be built  for thoggen, and
after trying to build gstreamer ugly plugin, it tells me after ./configure 
configure: *** Plug-ins with dependencies that will NOT be built:
        a52dec
        amrnb
        dvdnav
        lame
        mad
        mpeg2dec
        sid
Why is that, I need especially this plug-in?
What can I do?
