I'd suggest you file bugs like these against the modules in question
(gst-plugins-ugly etc.) to increase visibility. Bugs in the 'packages'
component only get looked at once every switch year ;)

        * win32/MANIFEST:
          Generate a win32 config.h into win32/common and add to MANIFEST so
          it gets disted (#393890). Looks like win32/common/config.h.in needs
          some work though.

I'll clone bugs for gst-plugins-bad, gst-ffmpeg and gst-python.
