Hi,
we have experienced some cases where the following call in udpsrc element
returns readsize = 0, without error from ioctl ::

 if ((ret = IOCTL_SOCKET (udpsrc->sock, FIONREAD, &readsize)) < 0)
    goto ioctl_failed;

Following is a patch to test readsize and return GST_FLOW_ERROR.
