videoparse is doing a recursive loop while proceeding a query request on src
pad.

here is my pipeline :
gst-launch-0.10 -v filesrc location=test.h264 ! h264parse ! videoparse !
'video/x-h264,framerate=15/1' ! fakesink sync=true
