I was dumb enough to delete it days before I reported this bug, so until it
happens again I cannot provide it.

I'm curious though, how is such a registry file supposed to handle cases where
the user installs or removes codecs? If it can still detect that (I don't know
if it does), how is it different than not having a registry at all?
