libmms-0.4 incorperating all my seeking work is now available as an official
libmms release:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/libmms

So now all that is needed is to patch configure to require libmms >= 0.4 for
mmssrc, review and apply my 2 patches to gstreamer and we have seeking support!

Anything I can do to speedup the review process?
