The following pipeline segfaults:
gst-launch-0.10 videotestsrc ! ffenc_mpeg2video ! fakesink

It segfaults within ffmpeg, apparently it does not have a taste for its own
default avcodec setting of intra_dc_precision (8 btw) 
(see also patch).
