We still need a decent stack trace for this. If anyone can reproduce this,
please let us know.

Also, in the gst-plugins-base versions used here the gst_mixer_*() API didn't
have any entry guards, so it was possible to pass in already-freed mixer
tracks, for example. This has been fixed meanwhile, but may or may not be
related to this bug.
