Add vorbistag <=> GStreamer tag mapping for GST_TAG_LOCATION
(fixes #392070).
However, I'm not entirely sure whether this tag is the right one to use for GPS
location data. You might want to use GST_TAG_EXTENDED_COMMENT for this and
write 'GPSLOCATION' tags instead.
