For the attached .avi (head only) we fail to extract the correct PAR somewhere,
not sure if it's ffmpeg or avidemux (doesn't work with xviddec either). As a
result it shows up slightly condensed horizontally in totem (not visible in the
snippet attached though).

mplayer seems to get it right though ("Movie-Aspect is 1.82:1").
