When I run Totem with decodebin2, video fails to play in .ogm files. All I get
is the selected visualisation. Audio seems to play fine. 

Also, the available subtitles in the .ogm file isn't detected. These issues are
not present with the default decodebin.

I get a different result with the .ogm video from bug 397419, it fails to play
at all, not even an error message.
