Last time I looked at this, there were a few things that the plugin needed from
the moving-plugins checklist before it could move. 

Docs was one of the ones that I made a brief start on.

The other big point of contention is whether the PulseAudio API is going to
change significantly still. After LCA, this seems likely, but whether the
existing API also remains is unknown yet. If there are going to be API
breakages, then it seems to me that the plugin is better staying in the Pulse
SVN where new releases can be better synchronised with the PulseAudio server's
releases.
