After install gst-ffmpeg, gst-inspect infomation as blow:

(gst-inspect-0.10:21604): GStreamer-WARNING **: Failed to load plugin

/usr/local/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstpostproc.so: cannot restore segment prot
after reloc: 权限不够
