          If we can't read a nav packet, or it doesn't look like a nav
          packet, that's an error.  Previous behavior was to look at
          the next packet; I can't find any justification for doing that.
          Fixes: #358891.


This fixes the bug for the disk I have.  There are a variety of conditions that
can trigger this bug -- the crash has been converted into a "cannot play"
error.  In many cases (such as mine), this is the correct behavior.  There may
be some cases where erroring out is not the best behavior, in which case
addition work needs to be done.
