Please describe the problem:
Hi,I'm the livna maintainer of gst-plugins-bad. I tried enabling the mpeg2enc
plugin, but that didn't work as the current mpeg2enc code doesn't work with the
latest mjpegtools. The attached patch fixes this.

!Warning! I didn't actually test this, I just made the necessary fixes to get
things to compile !Warning!
