Sanjay, could you run the same thing but provide us with a debug log ?

Use the same command but set the GST_DEBUG environnement variable to
"2,rtsp*:5".

Ex : GST_DEBUG=2,rtsp*:5 gst-launch-0.10 playbin
uri=rtsp://192.168.3.9/sample_100kbit.mov
