Those symbol issues are now fixed in the ffmpeg mirror. There was a bug in the
configure.ac that caused it not to detect properly the OS, and therefore doing
the mangling of those symbols wrongly.

Unfortunately, it doesn't solve all issues, we now have :

/usr/bin/ld: .libs/libgstffmpeg.lax/libavformat.a/libmmxsse_la-dsputil_mmx.o
has local relocation entries in non-writable section (__TEXT,__text)
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
