I have the same problem in Gnome 2.17.92 with libgstreamer 0.10.11cvs20070222.
When I play movie with subtitles, in 90% i get "Internal data flow error".
Sometimes (with the same movie) it plays fine. On some movies it is enough to
press play button after getting error. When run from console, i get this
output:
