I already emailed the current core and base pre-releases as I made them, but
it's the first time I'd ever written to the translation project. 

Apparently we all thought someone else was emailing them, but I'm taking care
of it now for the existing releases.

That said, the status page still doesn't show the new version numbers for core
and base pre-releases 4 days after I emailed translation at iro.umontreal.ca, and
I've had no emails from them.
