Steps to reproduce:

1) Pick an mp3 file and play it. (NOTE: I say mp3 because I have not had a
chance to test other filetypes)
2) At some point in the song, seek backwards to some point.
3) In about five seconds, the song will skip forwards about 5-10 seconds

The first log

It only happens with mp3, I just tested. I tested a variety of different mp3
files, and found the bug only occurs with specific ones. I would attach those
files if it wasn't copyright infringement.

I think it may be due to bad encoding of such files.
