The fact that you get this (core) warning with the (core) gst-launch utility
indicates that your gst-launch and libgstreamer versions differ for some
reason. This indicates a broken or at least inconsistent installation.

You also seem to be using an outdated gst-ffmpeg, AFAIK most of the ffmpeg
demuxers have been disabled in the last release.

You should install 'qtdemux' from gst-plugins-bad for your quicktime demuxing
needs.
