Please describe the problem:
I am unable to connect to the RTSP stream provided by my local public radio
station using GStreamer.  I'm using CVS builds current as of an hour or so ago.
 The RTSP url is <rtsp://129.186.60.6:554/encoder/woi-am.rm>.

Steps to reproduce:
1. totem rtsp://129.186.60.6:554/encoder/woi-am.rm
