Some random fixes for RTSP

* Make rtsp_message_init_data() take the channel as a guint8.
* Fixed a typo: Timout -> Timeout
* Make RTSP_CHECK() behave as a statement.
* Avoid a compiler warning in INIT_ARRAY().
