Send GstMessage to notify mixer updates

Comments welcome - it has still to be used and tested!

Notes: track and trackoptions children are both passed with struct field
"track"
 GValue
Children do not notify anymore (since they do not inherit from GstElement). I
pe
rsonnaly think it was not really necessary anyway.
