Cleanup neonhttpsrc element properties

Changes:

        * ext/neon/gstneonhttpsrc.c (gst_neonhttp_src_class_init): Remove
        deprecated "uri" property.  Clean up property descriptions.

        (gst_neonhttp_src_init): Change default User-Agent to the slightly more
        descriptive "GStreamer neonhttpsrc".
