Please describe the problem:
When playing certain .rm files, the audio is noisy. Others play fine.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Play the attached file. (Hopefully I will be able to attach a file?)

Actual results:
The audio is noisy.

Expected results:
The audio should not be noisy.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.
