When switching from PLAYING to READY and then back to PLAYING, mpegtsparse does
not ensure that the old PAT info is up to date because the version number in
the old PAT section may coincide with the new PAT version number even if the
PAT contents are different. The result is mpegtsparse not updating its pat-info
because the PAT was considered to be unchanged.
