GStreamer | gst-plugins-bad | Ver: HEAD CVS
Summary: GstAppSink should support random access
Product: GStreamer
Version: HEAD CVS
Platform: Other
OS/Version: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: enhancement
Priority: Normal
Component: gst-plugins-bad
AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
ReportedBy: housirer at gmx.de
QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
GNOME version: Unversioned Enhancement
GNOME milestone: Unspecified
GstAppSink should be able to operate in pull-mode and provide an API something
like
GstBuffer * gst_app_sink_pull_range(guint64 offset, guint size);
There would probably be an additional property "can-activate-pull" (like
fakesink has) needed?
