Ok, so the chebyshev elements should be renamed before release... proposed
names were

audiochebyshevfreqlimit -> audiocheblimit
audiochebyshevfreqband -> audiochebband

The renaming itself would be easy, I could do that later but we probably also
want the files to be renamed. Could Thomas or another fd.o admin invoke some
magic to do that without losing history?
