There was a bug in our old download-po script.  It would only download
translations for languages that already existed, but not newly-added ones. 
This is fixed now.

Also, the whole download-po thing wasn't mentioned in the release notes, so it
wouldn't get updated if the person doing the release didn't know about it
already and remember it. This is also fixed now in the release docs.


I know the situation with the translations isn't ideal, but (AFAIK) there were
good reasons for not having the GNOME translation team handle the translations
(among other things probably the problem with CVS commit access on 
freedesktop.org).  If you want his changed, please take it up with Thomas (van
der Stichele).
