Please describe the problem:
Problem playing a real video stream from net.

Steps to reproduce:
1. totem
http://mfile.akamai.com/12800/rm/mitworld.download.akamai.com/12800/mitw-math-wolfram-newscience-15sep03-220k.ram

Actual results:
Stream starts playing fine, after some seconds dialog appears saying cannot
decode buffer.
