Hi,
in current CVS (at least) of all modules the gst-plugins-*-plugins.hierarchy
are not properly updated, not on normal build and not on make update.

A gst-plugins-*-plugins.hierarchy.new file is written which contains a new
version of the file but the real file is not replaced at any time.
