  GStreamer | gst-plugins-base | Ver: 0.10.16
Summary: textoverlay plugin should scale text in relation to
                    video size
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: 0.10.16
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-base
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
        ReportedBy: vortex at wolpzone.de
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
     GNOME version: Unspecified
   GNOME milestone: Unspecified

Please describe the problem:
When you play videos with low resolution, the subtitles are huge in relation to
the video. When you play videos with high resolution the subtitles are tiny.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Play video file that has a relatively small resolution with subtitles
2. Play a video file with a large resolution (i.e. HD) with subtitles
3. notice the difference in subtitle size

Actual results:
The subtitles on the high-resolution file appear much smaller.

Expected results:
textoverlay should scale the subtitles in relation to the video resolution
instead of using a fixed-size font.

Does this happen every time?
Always reproducible
