Regarding the name of the element, one thing that could easily (really easy) be
done is to create separate elements for each type of metadata/file we want to
handle.

So, separate Elements quite similar to gstmetadatademux.c and to
gstmetadatamux.c could be create with proper name. (That's why most of the
smartness in in gstbasemetadata.c and metadata/file specific elements)
