Now there is a restriction in gst_caps_append and gst_caps_merge that the caps2
should be writable, having this restriction in the API is a bad idea. Because
it breaks the point of refcounting, is not needed in the API and makes it
difficult to write bindings for Vala ;-)

Or is there another reason that this is now required in the API?
