  GStreamer | gst-plugins-good | Ver: HEAD CVS
Summary: Implement GstPropertyProbe interface on pulsesink for
                    detecting sink devices.
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: HEAD CVS
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-good
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
        ReportedBy: laszlok2 at gmail.com
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
     GNOME version: Unversioned Enhancement
   GNOME milestone: Unspecified

pulsemixer currently supports GstPropertyProbe, and can be probed for the list
of all available PulseAudio devices. However there is no way to restrict the
list to sink (playback devices) which can be used with pulsesink.

If the GstPropertyProbe was available for the "device" property on the
pulsesink
element, this would solve the problem.

See the related bug #547217 for pulsesrc.
