The first error is because the application performs a seek with a negative
value, which is not allowed. 

The second error is because vorbisdec did not clear a variable and is fixed
with this:

        * ext/vorbis/vorbisdec.c: (vorbis_dec_change_state):
        Reset variable so that query and convert fail after going back to
        READY. Fixes #548898.
