i think im not using gst-plugins-bad, i did not build it

rtpsrc is in gst-plugins-good

i did build gstreamer, gst-plugins-base, and gst-plugin-good from cvs
2008-12-02

then i updated from cvs and rebuild them 2008-12-09,

then i updated rtpjpegdepay from cvs and rebuild gst-plugins-good 2008-12-10...

Gonna rebuild all from scratch then test again.
