This seems to be a bug in either the GStreamer 'mad' mp3 decoder plugin or the
library it uses.  flump3dec plays the attached file correctly.

I don't think the problem has anything to do with the mediasync lyrics
information.  It looks like it's just appended to the file, so it shouldn't be
causing any problems halfway through.
