12:03 < MikeS> the bug appears to be that there's no xml output for plugins
(only for elements); gst-xmlinspect just outputs the text output (as for
gst-inspect) when invoked on a plugin
12:03 < MikeS> The likely fix for this is to just not support xmlinspect of
plugins at all
