Please describe the problem:
After installing openSuse 10.3 I have no sound. I went to the Control Center
and attempted to a test and received the following error:
               audiotestsrc wave=sine freq=512 ! audioconvert ! audioresample !
gconfaudiosink: Internal GStreamer error: state change failed.  Please file a
bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer.

Steps to reproduce:
1. In opensuse10.3 go to control center,then scroll down to system and click on
sound.
2.Open the Devices tab and select the ALSA option under Sound Events.
3.Press the Test button.You will receive the error I copied above. It also
happens in the other options in this menu screen also. 


Actual results:
I get the error message stated above. 

Expected results:
I would assume I should hear a test sound of some sort.
