Hi,
the states unit test must not run with the dvb elements as they will fail
without paramters set (and without dvb card):

gstdvbsrc.c:1000:gst_dvbsrc_start:<dvbsrc> Not able to lock on to the dvb
channel

Attached patch fixes this.
