The seeking problem seems to only occur with the patch in comment #3, but not
with gstmpegaudioparse.c rev. 1.86 or rev. 1.85 (I only did some very quick
tests though; the problem happens when seeking backwards).

Well, that would be my preferred option, but would probably upset people who
need accurate seeking, segment seeks and things like that. Tough call.
