Hi,
the attached patch adds support for Monkey's Audio (APE) to gst-ffmpeg.
Seems to work fine, except for seeking where I sometimes get an internal data
flow error.
Also, the output of ffdemux_ape is not valid APE data anymore, it's stripped
from it's headers or something. Do we have a general policy for such things?
Maybe a special caps type, i.e. "audio/x-ape-ffdemux" or similar?
