GStreamer | gst-plugins-bad | Ver: HEAD CVS
Summary: rtpsession:rtp_send_src shouldnt not have fixed caps
Product: GStreamer
Version: HEAD CVS
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: Normal
Component: gst-plugins-bad
AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
ReportedBy: tester at tester.ca
QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
GNOME version: Unspecified
GNOME milestone: Unspecified
The rtpsession:rtp_send_src pad currently has gst_pad_use_fixed_caps() called
on it, this prevents changing the payload type (or sending multiple payload
types for things like DTMF or CN). Just removing the call to
gst_pad_use_fixed_caps() in gstrtpsession.c:create_send_rtp_sink() fixes the
problem for me.
