The most important thing to me with this release is to avoid regressions in the
combination of released packages. That means 0.10.16 core+base should work with
plugins good 0.10.6.

That URL you gave doesn't work for me, which could just be because I don't have
an AMR, but I'd like someone who knows something about RTSP to reassure me :)
