Component: gst-plugins-bad

Hi,
the xingheader plugin should be moved to gst-plugins-ugly for the next release.
I'd propose to move the contained xingmux element into the mpegaudioparse
plugin or move everything from mpegaudioparse and xingmux into one single
plugin (any suggestions for names?). It doesn't make sense to have such small
element in a separate shared library.
xingheader has complete documentation and a unit test in
tests/check/elements/xingmux. IMHO nothing is missing for a move.
Bye
