I can't connect to the above stream, and the multi.ogg file is a bit weird (it
plays choppy everywhere), but chained ogg radio streams play fine for me with
CVS:

e.g.:  gst-launch-0.10 playbin2 uri="http://fm4.nobody.at:8080/fm4-mq.ogg"
